This listing is for 5 small party hats. The hats measure approximately 1 5/8" high and just over 1" wide, excluding the bottom rope. They are made of mulberry paper, fabric, mulberry paper flowers, vellum, fabric stars and beads. Peel and stick adhesive is included, for easy attachment. They will be wonderful for cards, invitations, as well as paper piecing, scrapbook, and craft projects. Mulberry paper is acid and lignin free and suitable for long lasting projects.
